I have just reworded the "Textbook" section in the overview page
(http://csdl.ics.hawaii.edu/~johnson/691s00/overview.html) to state
that an ASP text and an HTML text are required for this course, and
listing the three ASP text possibilities and the required HTML text.
You should check out all three ASP books and get the one most
appropriate for your level.
