Updates to ICS 691 page

I've done some page maintenance.  The schedule, companies, and mail archive
pages are now up to date.

Round 2 companies

I received all of your Round 2 proposals and I am delighted to say that there
was nothing I needed to re-arrange. So, as far as I can tell, everyone got what
they wanted.  Please check out the new Companies page on the Website and make
sure you and your companies are listed appropriately.  Some companies did not
provide me with a name, so I guessed at it.  If you would like changes, please
send me email. 

Note that in the case of companies that stayed together, I retained their
letter for them.  New companies got new letters.  There are now some missing
letters.

Round 2 schedule

Mette and I have decided that Round 2 will start on Monday, April 3. That's the
Monday following Spring break.  This gives you a reasonable amount of time to
update your sites, or in the case of new companies, build things from scratch.

Round 3 will start shortly thereafter, on April 17.  This means that there
isn't sufficient time to form another set of companies following Round 2.
Instead, you can simply put some final touches on your Round 2 site and roll it
out again for the press and politicians.

Promise.
